Talking to a professional, not a relative or friend, who is trained to listen and who is accepting and understanding can be extremely helpful.

My approach is concerned with helping you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, experiences and behavior.  For example past experiences/relationships effecting your present relationships, conscious and unconscious thoughts. My priority is creating a warm, respectful, secure, confidential relationship so you can feel safe enough to explore whatever may be troubling you.
