An initial assessment is the first starting block of counselling. This is an opportunity for you to see the way I work and also find out about what your goals and expectations are to counselling. Counselling is about the relationship between the counsellor and the client, I can offer you the time and space in an empathic way to reflect on difficult feelings as well as experiences
