Lorraine Gallagher

Counseller – Dip.Couns (MBACP) MNCS (Accredited)

I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. That’s why I strive to offer a calm, safe, and confidential space where you can feel supported as you begin to explore and process difficult feelings, thoughts, and experiences.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor the support I offer to your individual needs. My aim is to work collaboratively with you in a way that feels respectful, empathetic, and free from judgment.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I am also a BUPA Registered Therapist. These professional memberships reflect my commitment to working ethically and to a high standard of care.
